• We require payment in full for every type of shoot BEFORE the session begins except Weddings.
• Weddings require a 50% deposit to hold the date. 25% two weeks prior to your wedding and the remaining 25% is due upon receiving the final prints.

• We accept cash or check and most bank cards through PayPal.
• Checks will need to clear our bank before prints can be given.

• No, we do not give refunds. We will however, give you credit or set up another photo session.
• The reason we do not give refunds is because all images are approved BY YOU before they are sent for final print. If the final print comes back damaged or not like the proof you selected, then we will have our lab re-do the image at no cost to you.
• If for some reason you cannot make a photo session, we will need to be notified no later than 48 hours BEFORE the session. This will allow us to schedule a replacement for that time slot.
• WEDDINGS ONLY: A full refund is available up to 6 months prior to the wedding date with no penalties. From 0 to 6 month only a credit will be given unless we can fill the date with another client. When the new client makes deposit for your old date, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

• Portraits, Corporate, Seniors, Pets ~ 1 week
• Modeling, Glamour, Gothic ~ 2 weeks
• Weddings ~ 4 to 8 weeks depending on package

• Any time you want. We actually keep all images on file on CD with your unique client number and name. All you need to do to reorder is give us a call and tell us which images you want and sizes and we can have them for you in as little as 4 days.
• Each of our clients will receive a CD with all images. They will have a number for each image. These are low resolution images and will be watermarked so these will not be print quality images unless you purchase the copyrights to the images.  If purchased, these images will be the print quality images needed to have printed yourself if you like.

• Copyright for all images per session is $500.00
• Copyright can be purchased separately at any time up to 1 year from the date of the original session.
• If copyright is purchased, you will receive a CD with all high resolution images for printing yourself.
• You will also receive a copyright release form so you can have them printed anywhere you want.

Please note that we have recently had complaints that even with the copyright release, WalMart and Walgreens have been denying the images. If this happens, please contact us and we will see if we can get them printed for you.

• Most sessions you will just need to be comfortable and wear bright colored clothes that fit right. I will say that again, Make sure your clothes FIT YOU RIGHT! Not too tight and not too loose. This could make or break a shot!
• Themed sessions, you will need to wear comfortable clothes to the shoot and can change into your themed clothes for the shoot.
• Do not eat right before a shoot as this may cause you to be tired and not in your best form and it WILL show in the images.
• Do not drink a lot of water before the shoot, this will cause your body to retain water and make you look "bloated".. not good!
• Ladies, if it is your "time of the month" you may want to reschedule the shoot. We will allow one reschedule for this reason at no extra fee to you. When it is your time of the month then you will most likely be bloated and not feel your best which WILL show in the shots.
• DO NOT GO OUT THE NIGHT BEFORE! Drinking alcohol the night before will also cause you not to look or feel your best.
• Get at least 8 hours sleep BEFORE the shoot. You will be at your best and will give your best for your session that YOU are paying for.
• If you don't follow these tip.... well, It's your money!
